I appreciated the excellent room service. The curry laksa was delicious. The beds were really comfortable and there were free snacks and drinks on every level. I loved the tidbits near the coffee and tea dispenser outside the rooms.
I found several small cockroaches crawling around the coffee dispenser near the lift lobby! They were also present in my room. Also some room parts are dusty, lamps and table. I spotted several small cockroaches crawling around the coffee dispenser near the lift lobby.

wonderful stay!
helpful staff early check-in
the staff were very helpful and friendly. i arrived early and was able to check in around 2.5 hours early, lovely. the room was very clean upon my arrival. the beds are very comfortable and huge!
The parking is not free. It cost rm18 for a 24-hour validation from the hotel. i think the hotel should clearly inform guests of this fee upon arrival, as it wasn't initially clear during check-in.

the location is very quiet, perfect for resting, if you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle. the hotel connects to the bangsar lrt station and bank rakyat making commuting easy. it is well maintained and in very good condition.

each floor features a coffee machine and snacks like chips and peanuts, which i found very convenient. the hotel provides chauffeur services to nearby malls in bangsar, but availability is subject to a sedan vehicle.
